One pair for the days when “a little quieter” just isn’t enough.
Sound sensitivity doesn’t come with one setting.
One minute you might be perfectly happy chatting in a café.
The next, the coffee machine starts, chairs are scraping, people are talking over each other and suddenly your brain is going:
NOPE. TOO MUCH. 😅
That’s exactly why we created Nest Quiet™.
Nest Quiet™ gives you a broader range of sound reduction with three selectable levels — 14 dB, 19 dB and 29 dB.
Choose a lighter level when you still want to interact with your environment, move up when things get louder, or select the highest setting when you need significantly more sound reduction.
It gives you the flexibility to adapt your ear plugs to your environment instead of expecting your nervous system to adapt to the noise.
Nest Quiet™ may be a great option for:
Busy public spaces
Shopping centres
Social gatherings
Travel
Events
Crowds
Classrooms
Study
Workplaces
Louder environments
Days when sound tolerance is lower
Everyday sensory support

When you still want to hear what’s going on… you just need the volume turned down a little.
Not every noisy environment needs to be completely blocked out.
Sometimes you still want to chat.
Still hear your friends.
Still follow what’s happening around you.
You just don’t want every single sound hitting you at full volume.
That’s where Nest Ease™ comes in.
Designed for everyday sound sensitivity, Nest Ease™ gives you three selectable sound-reduction levels — 12 dB, 14 dB and 19 dB — so you can adjust the amount of sound reduction depending on where you are and what you need that day.
Use a lighter setting when you just want to soften background noise, or switch to a higher level when the environment starts getting louder or your tolerance for noise starts getting lower.

Children work hard every day.
Sometimes the biggest achievements aren’t the ones everyone notices—they’re trying something that felt scary, asking for help, using a strategy, showing kindness or persevering through something that felt difficult.
My Regulation Ocean has been created as a positive visual way to celebrate those moments.
Unlike traditional reward charts, this resource isn’t about earning prizes or taking tokens away.
Instead, it encourages children to recognize their own progress while helping adults notice and celebrate the small everyday successes.
Every sea creature added to the chart represents another step forward—no matter how big or small.
What’s Included
This visual support system includes:
One large Magnet A3 My Regulation Ocean chart
20 reusable sea creature magnet tokens
Child-friendly underwater design
Durable, easy-to-use format suitable for everyday use
The ocean theme provides a engaging visual that children can enjoy while tracking their progress.
How It Works
Together, you and your child decide which positive moments you’d like to celebrate.
This might include:
Giving something a go.
Trying a new food.
Using a strategy.
Asking for help.
Being kind to someone.
Working through something that felt difficult.
Completing part of a routine.
Showing perseverance.
Practicing independence.
Each time your child reaches one of these personal goals, they simply add another sea creature to their ocean.
There are no penalties.
There are no tokens taken away.
The focus stays on recognising progress, and creating positive conversations together.
Suitable For
My Regulation Ocean may be helpful for:
Families
Early childhood settings
Classrooms
Homeschooling families
Therapists
Support workers
It can be adapted to suit each child’s individual strengths, interests and goals.
Please note: My Regulation Ocean is an educational visual support resource designed to encourage positive conversations, confidence and goal setting.
It is not intended to be used as a behaviour management or compliance tool and is not a medical device or therapeutic intervention.

When they know something feels wrong… but don’t know what to do next.
Sometimes a child can feel that everything is becoming too much.
They might feel stuck.
Restless.
Overwhelmed.
Unable to focus.
Unable to get started.
Or they might simply know “something doesn’t feel right” without being able to explain what it is.
And then we ask:
“What’s wrong?”
“What do you need?”
“What would help?”
But answering those questions requires the very skills that may already be difficult to access in that moment.
The Regulation Response System gives children a visual way to work through it.
Designed with Autistic children, children with ADHD and other neurodivergent children in mind, this child-led card system supports regulation, communication and executive functioning by helping children identify what's happening and choose a response that feels manageable for them.
How It Works
The system begins with:
“What’s happening now?”
From there, the child can explore different types of support depending on what their brain and body may need.
Rather than expecting them to remember a strategy, explain everything verbally or work out the next step completely on their own, the cards provide concrete visual options they can choose from.
Four Areas of Support
🔵 Focus & Start
For those moments when getting started feels impossible.
These cards provide visual options that can help reduce the executive functioning load around beginning, focusing and working out what comes next.
🟢 Movement
Sometimes the body needs to move before the brain is ready for anything else.
Movement options give children a way to recognise and respond to that need.
🟣 Sensory
For moments when sensory input may be contributing to overwhelm or when particular sensory input could feel regulating.
These cards provide concrete sensory options the child can explore.
🩷 Ask & Express
Sometimes the most important next step is communicating something.
These cards support children to express a need, ask for support or communicate what may be difficult to put into words.
Supporting Executive Function — Not Motivation
A child can want to do something and still be unable to get started.
They can know what they're supposed to do and still feel completely stuck.
They can know strategies that usually help and still be unable to remember or access them when they're overwhelmed.
That's where visual support can make a difference.
The Regulation Response System moves some of that thinking out of their head and onto the cards in front of them.
Instead of having to generate an answer from nothing, the child has options they can see, process and choose from.
Child-Led, Not Behaviour-Led
This isn't a reward system.
It isn't a consequence system.
And it isn't designed to make a child comply.
The child is the one using the system.
The goal is to give them greater access to their own regulation strategies, communication and choices — while adults can support without immediately taking over or deciding what the child “should” need.
Designed for Real Life
The Regulation Response System can be used:
At home.
In classrooms.
During homework or learning.
During transitions.
When getting started feels difficult.
During periods of overwhelm or dysregulation.
In regulation or sensory spaces.
During therapy and support sessions.
Anywhere a child may benefit from visual support to work out their next step.
Who It's For
Designed with Autistic children, children with ADHD and other neurodivergent children in mind, particularly children who experience challenges with executive functioning, regulation, sensory processing, communication or getting started.
Suitable for families, educators, education assistants, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, support workers and other professionals supporting neurodivergent children.

🟣 Sensory
🩷 Ask & Express
Practical visual format.
Designed for repeated use across home, school and therapy environments.
Because sometimes “I don't know what to do” isn't about not wanting to do anything.
Sometimes their brain needs the next step to become visible.
The Regulation Response System helps put those options in front of them. 🩵
