We are a small Australian business and appreciate every order placed with us. Please read the following information regarding shipping, returns and refunds.
Shipping Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During new product launches, sales or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will generally be dispatched once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Flat Rate Shipping: $11.95 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional postage costs may apply before your order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolving the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of many of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
