How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as product launches or sales.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Neuro Nest Co. ships within Australia only.

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to expand to other countries in the future.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
